Monaco Seaward Extension with The Garden Island – is an outstanding and challenging concept destined to be one the most dazzling urban developments in southern Europe. The Senise Group has developed the urban design project for Monaco Seaward Extension, at the request of Michel Pastor of the Pastor Group.

Constructed on a 120 000 square meter landfill, where the depth is up to 40 meters, the project consists of a luxurious hotel, a canyon-shaped shopping centre, offices, spacious apartments and villas. All set in park landscaped with canals, fountains and small undulating hills.
