The Group comprises three main companies, all incorporated in the UK:

The Senise Portfolio Ltd owns the Group’s brands, products and projects. The commercialization of any business segment can be realized either directly in the name of Senise Portfolio Ltd or in a new company specifically incorporated for the purpose.

Such a new company can be wholly owned by Senise Portfolio Ltd or jointly owned with external investors. In some circumstances, when strategic partners are involved, a joint venture may be deemed to be more advantageous.

Investors are invited to participate with investments directly in Senise Portfolio Ltd, or in a specific business segment.
